Missing Parts?  Please contact Magnaflow directly as they will be able to provide you with the missing parts.  Please call 1.800.817.3930 and ask for Technical Support and they will be able to assist you.

Should you have a problem with an order, please contact us. We will correct the problem immediately. Do not return an item without contacting us first for an RA number, whether we have made an error, you wish to exchange something, or there is a warranty claim. Upon receiving your order, open the cartons and inspect the contents. If there is damage during shipment, contact the carrier to file a claim.

Exhaust parts installed on the vehicle cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.  Only a Magnaflow lifetime warranty applies to defects in manufacturing.

Items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and be in original packaging and unused (not installed).

**Sorry, but all orders shipped with a free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges.
