Details

Magnaflow Stainless Steel Catback system for the 2002-2005 Explorer/Mountaineer 4.0L/4.6L features 2.5" mandrel-bent tubing with a rear side exit and 3.5" slash, polished stainless steel tip.

Magnaflow's V6 Explorer/Mountainerr/Aviator systems show a marked improvement over the stock system thanks to backpressure reducing. 2.5" fast-flowing, mandrel-bent, stainless steel tubing. The Sport Trac system has an 18" long Magnaflow performance stainless steel muffler, whereas the Explorer benefits from the extra sound absorbtion of a 24" long performance muffler. Both systems are completed with a 3.5" polished stainless steel, side exit exhaust tip. Look for significant performance gains of 14.8 horsepower and 17 ft-lbs of torque for the 4.0L V6. These are improvements that you can really feel and hear!
